Hyderabad, Oct.10 (NSS): State BJP senior leader and Amberpet former MLA G Kishan Reddy today lodged a complaint with the Narayanaguda police against an advocate for misbehaving and abusing him in the Old MLA Quarters in Hyderguda on Tuesday afternoon.
The stunned BJP leader made the advocate to leave the place and informed the Narayanaguda police. Sub-Inspector Saidulu went to the Old MLA Quarters and received complaint from the former MLA.
According to Narayanaguda police circle inspector Ramesh, one Chakrapani, an advocate, of Ameerpet, went to the Old MLA Quarters on Tuesday afternoon and submitted a memorandum to meet. After perusing the memorandum, the BJP leader told Chakrapani that the contents mentioned in the memorandum were wrong and advised him not to make baseless allegations.
Enraged over the BJP leader’s snubbing, advocate Chakrapani lost his temper and misbehaved towards Kishan Reddy and scolded him in foul language in the presence of several BJP activists. After receipt of the complaint from the former MLA, the Narayanaguda police registered a criminal case against Advocate Chakrapani under IPC Sections 448, 504 and 506. (NSS)
