Hyderabad, July 19 (INN): Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will hold a meeting with officials and architects on Tuesday to finalize the design of the proposed Secretariat Building Complex. Rao felt that the new Secretariat would represent the pride, dignity and grandeur of Telangana’s culture and life, according to an official release on Sunday.
“The CM has reviewed the designs planned for the new Secretariat and will discuss them at the meeting on Tuesday. It will also discuss the exteriors and interiors of the buildings,” he said.
Later, the proposal would be submitted to the State Cabinet for approval. Subsequently, tenders for the works would be invited, he added.
The conference, scheduled for Tuesday, will be attended by Minister of Roads and Buildings Vemula Prashanth Reddy, engineers and other officials, architects from Tamil Nadu Oscar and Ponni, among others. (INN)
