Yadadri, Sept.29 (NSS): Minister for Finance T Harish Rao said Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao will soon inform good news to the people and with the BRS election manifesto, both BJP and Congress parties will completely go into self-defence.
Speaking at a programme here on Friday, Harish Rao asked the people not to believe the false promises of the Congress party which had failed to fulfil the aspirations of the people since the Independence and said that the Congress leaders didn’t have any rights to speak about free power supply to the agriculture sector.
“In fact, the Congress party doesn’t have candidates to contest in 30-40 Assembly segments in Telangana, but it is giving false promises to the people in a bid to come power in the upcoming Assembly polls,” Harish Rao said.
He also criticised the Congress leaders for spreading lies that 24 hours power is not being supplied to the agriculture sector in Telangana and asked them to put their fingers in the electricity boxes whether the power is being supplied or not.
“The Congress leaders are indulging in cheap tactics to win the elections and are announcing the Guarantees which are not practical in the implementation. The people should be cautious about the false promises and teach a fitting lesson to them in the upcoming elections,” Harish Rao added.
