Hyderabad (Rahnuma) Stating that the winds of change in the State were in favor of his party, TPCC working president Ponnam Prabhakar on Sunday exuded confidence that his party would return to power in the Telangana State.
He also said the people of the State blessed the Congress and rejected the “autocratic & feudal” rule of caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao
Addressing media persons here today, Ponnam predicted that the ruling TRS would not get even 10 Assembly seats in the State although its leader KTR claimed that they were going to win 100 seats.
He also alleged that the TRS leaders copied the manifesto of the Congress party after observing that it was getting good response from the people of the State and released its manifesto
with slight changes to the promises made by them. He noted that the anger of the people of the State against CM KCR could be gauged from the fact that over 50 TRS party candidates were not allowed to campaign by the people of the State in their respective constituencies. (NSS)
