Hyderabad, Sept 18 (INN): Energy Minister Jagdish Reddy has sharply criticized the Congress party, accusing it of misleading the public.
Commenting on the six guarantees announced by the Congress party in the Tukkuguda meeting, he remarked that they were mere political posturing and reflected the party’s history of not delivering on its assurances.
Speaking to media persons on Monday, Jagdish Reddy alleged that the Congress party has consistently failed to act in the interest of the people. He also blamed the misgovernance of the previous Congress Government for the nation’s poverty. He questioned the feasibility of the pledges made by senior Congress leaders, noting that none of their recent proposals had been implemented in any Congress-ruled state. He expressed concern that the party was misleading the aware and informed citizens of Telangana with its promises.
He said that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has always been transparent and genuine in his commitments. He stressed that Telangana’s stability and progress can best be assured under the leadership of CM KCR.
