Congress responsible for merging Boyas into BCs : CM KCR

Alampur, Nov.19 (NSS): BRS president and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao alleged that it was the Congress party that brought Valmiki Boya caste people into Backward Classes (BCs).
