Hyderabad, Sept.25 (NSS): Nizamabad MP Kavitha today called on TRS chief and caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao at Pragathi Bhavan here and reportedly appealed to her father to conduct another public meeting (Praja Ashirvada Sabha) in her Nizamabad constituency as part of TRS plan of political campaign to conduct at least 100 public meetings in 50 days.
It may be mentioned here that the TRS supremo was planning to conduct a meeting at Sircilla- Vemulavada segment. It is yet to be finalized the place and date for the meeting which is mostly expected in the first week of October, according to sources. The meeting assumes significance as the party high command was mulling options to hold a big public meeting to woo the voters in Southern Telangana.
Reacting to her request, KCR was understood to have given his nod and informed that a decision will be taken by talking to the senior leaders in the party. The TRS chief has already sounded the poll bugle by conducting a similar meeting in Kongarakalan on the city outskirts recently. Though the public came less than expected number, this time around the TRS hierarchy was planning to bring at least one lakh people to each and every public meeting to be addressed in future. On this, KCR has planned a strategy and asked the district wise leaders to make arrangements on the same.
