Hyderabad, May 9 (NSS): Farmers State Coordination Committee Chairman and MP Gutha Sukhender Reddy today said elaborate arrangements have been made for the launch of Rythu Bandhu scheme for cheques distribution and pattadar pass books on May 10.
Talking to the media here today, Sukhender Reddy said Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will launch the program of cheques’ distribution in Karimnagar on May 10 at 11 am and the ministers and leaders will launch the same across the State. For seven days cheques distribution and pattadar pass books will be conducted as a festival in villages and towns, Sukhender Reddy said. The aim of the Chief Minister was to help the farmers to get benefit from the scheme by getting Rs 4000 per acre towards crop investment. “We have sent cash to the selected banks to convert cheques, he said and rejected the Opposition criticism as baseless. The farmers will benefit and avoid loan problems, he said.
