Hyderabad, July 13 (NSS): Municipal and Industries Minister K T Rama Rao today hit out at the opposition parties for their politics against the government on Covid -19 pandemic, tests, services and facilities in the hospitals.
Entire country and the world are under the grip of Corona pandemic and government cannot alone address the virus problem he said. The minister sought to know from opposition parties whether any state has overcome Corona problem.
KTR said that the Covid cases are on rise in the country and we cannot blame Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Along with Excise Minister, V Srinivas Goud, Health Minister, E Rajender and others KTR has inaugurated a Medical College and an Eco Park built by the government in Edire village near Mahabub Nagar.
KTR distributed about Rs 130 cr among 850 beneficiaries in a loan mela program in district head quarters. Later the minister informed that despite financial problems amid Corona crisis, Chief Minister, K Chandrasekhar Rao has not stalled the welfare programs for poor, women and deprived sections.
As an MP KCR got the Medical College in Mahabub Nagar which is developing now he said. KTR said that 98 percent of Corona patients have been recovered and fatal rate is very low. In spite of this the opposition parties are making politics for mileage, the minister said.
KTR stated that with local leaders help the government will focus on development of Mahabub Nagar
by completing Palamur Ranga Reddy and other irrigation projects for next four years as there will not be any elections. The opposition parties are now resorting to make false charges he fumed.
Though with KCR support we will develop the district in all fields he said. There are about 5000 beds in five medical colleges in the state and 100 beds for Corona patients in Mahabub Nagar medical college. The government is offering the best health services to Corona patients.
He slammed the Congress and the BJP for continuing to make allegations. The minister said that the people are aware of opposition criticism on the government on Corona cases and development and welfare.
