maravati, Sept.29 (NSS): TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh got some relief in the cases filed against him with the AP High Court ordered that the arrest of Lokesh should not be made till October 4.
Nara Lokesh had filed a lunch motion petition on Friday seeking anticipatory bail in the skill development and fibernet cases.
The court adjourned the hearing on Lokesh’s petition after passing the orders. Lokesh’s lawyers approached the High Court seeking urgent hearing of the anticipatory bail plea filed by Lokesh in the skill development scam. The court directed Lokesh to cooperate with the investigation.
On the other hand, the CID issued a notice under section 41A of CrPC in the name of Lokesh. The officials of the department left for Delhi to serve the notice on Lokesh, who is accused number 14 in the Inner Ring Road case.
