Hyderabad, May 31 (NSS): K Navin Rao of TRS was today elected unanimously as MLC under MLA quota as there was no competition from other parties. On Friday, the last date for withdrawals was ended and Navin Rao was declared elected unanimously for the Telangana Upper House.
The TRS fielded Navin Rao for MLC post under MLA quota. Legislature Secretary V Narsimha Charyulu handed over Navin Rao the copy of his election as the MLC. Those who were present, included Home Minister Mahamood Ali, Ministers Talasani Srinivas Yadav, Chamakura Malla Reddy and others. (NSS)
