BEIJING (Rahnuma): President Xi Jinping’s special envoy Hao Mingjin will attend the inauguration of South African President-elect Cyril Ramaphosa in Tshwane (Pretoria) on May 25, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lu Kang announced Thursday.
Hao, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of China, will be visiting at the invitation of incumbent President Ramaphosa.
