Raghunandan Rao dares Minister KTR to visit Dubbaka assembly constituency

Hyderabad, Feb.5 (NSS): BJP MLA from Dubbaka Assembly constituency M. Raghunandan Rao today dared state industries and IT minister KTR to visit his Assembly Constituency if the latter has the courage to do so. Referring to the statement of KTR that the entire state was their family, he asked the minister as to why he was not coming to the rescue of the family members of Telangana martyrs.

Speaking to media persons, he said that he would show his power in Siddipet and Siricilla Assembly constituencies in the next assembly elections. Targeting  rival MIM Party leader Akbaruddin Owaisi over his comments that the MIM party would contest in 50 assembly constituencies of the state in the next assembly elections, he asked Owaisi to contest in all 119 assembly constituencies. He said that it was laughable that Owaisi had said that they would work under the leadership of the ruling BRS party even after winning 15 assembly constituencies. He doubted that both CM KCR and Akbaruddin Owaisi belonged to Bihar state of the country. He alleged that CM KCR had appointed IAS and IPS officers belonging to Bihar state as the chief secretary and DGP of the state. Rao alleged that a lot of injustice was done to the IPS officers belonging to Telangana in the recent transfers of 93 IPS officers and added that not even a single important post was given to the IPS officers belonging to the state by the CM.

He demanded the CM to send back the DGP of the state M. Anjani Kumar to his parent cadre AP immediately and replace him with the officers belonging to the state. He said that the CM had appointed the IPS officers belonging to Bihar like Shahnawaz Qasim, Swathi Lakra, Sanjay Kumar Jain in the important posts of the state.  Targeting the state government, he alleged that he was not even an opportunity to speak in the state assembly.
