Hyderabad, March 30 (NSS): The suspended MLA of BJP T. Raja Singh has been booked by Mumbai police for delivering a hate speech at a public meeting held on January 29, 2023. The police said Singh had made provocative comments in his speech at the event. The police booked a case under Sections 153 A 1(A) of IPC against Raja Singh.
It may be noted here that the city police also issued a notice to Raja Singh for delivering the same speech in violation of his bail conditions imposed by Telangana High Court. In the notice, the police reminded Raja Singh that the High Court had asked him to not deliver any provocative speeches. They asked Raja Singh to send his explanation.
Responding to the notices, Raja Singh said he was ready to go to jail for his Hindu religion.
