Hyderabad, May 15 (NSS): To form Congress-led coalition at the Centre, AICC former chief Sonia Gandhi has begun efforts to unite all the Opposition parties.
In the wake of hung results buzz and the Opposition parties’ comments that the BJP was set to lose the polls, the meeting gets importance to form a coalition.
Since surveys reveal of hung, the main Opposition aims to form a non-BJP government. The Congress focuses on uniting alliance partners of UPA, independent or neutral parties also BJD, YSRCP and others. The Congress leadership has started consultations with these parties. However, the TRS leadership reportedly denied getting an invitation from the AICC.(NSS)
