Hyderabad, May 17 (NSS): Chief Secretary Shailendra Kumar Joshi today directed officials of the departments concerned to expedite the works pertaining to taking feedback for online services for consumers, business, traders and others.
The Chief Secretary conducted a high-level review meeting on “78 action points for Ease of Doing Business” (EODB) at the Secretariat here on Thursday. Joshi said the State is to speed up the feedback works from several sectors towards providing better services to businessmen, traders, industries, electricity, law, labour, municipal, forest, factories, boilers and PCB and others. He said the State government has already started the feedback from consumers on “78 action points” in this regard and asked the officials to speed up the related works.
Joshi said as part of Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) of the Centre this year, the State government was getting feedback from the industries on business to government. Keeping this in view, the officials of related departments should speed up getting feedback on reforms being implemented by the State government, he said. Appreciating the officials for implementing 372 recommendations of EODB, Joshi asked them to be in regular contact with the consumers. DIPP, SK Joshi said, will be getting feedback from commerce, industry and business, architects, electrical, contractors, lawyers.
