Hyderabad, Sept.2 (NSS): Telangana state BJP president Dr K Laxman has alleged that the ruling TRS party was indulging in power misuse for the sake of Pragathi Nivedhana meeting. He said that the BJP was ever ready whenever the elections were held in the state.
Speaking to the media here on Sunday, Laxman has asked Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to tell as to why he brought early election issue on to the screen. The TRS has extended its support to the simultaneous elections in the past when Prime Minister Narendra Modi proposed them, he said and wondered saying that the same KCR was spreading early elections rumours in the state suddenly. As part of it, KCR was conducting election meeting in the name of Pragathi Nivedhana public meeting at Kongara Kalan on Sunday, he remarked. Whether such a huge public meeting by spending crores of rupees was needed, he questioned. He made it clear that the BJP was ever ready for elections in the state. (NSS)
