TRS leaders distributing money & liquor to woo voters for municipal polls: Congress MLA

Hyderabad, Jan.2 (NSS): Congress MLA from Sangareddy Toorpu Jayaprakash Reddy today alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has been using money and police during every elections. He also alleged that the police were allowing the TRS leaders to distribute money and liquor to woo the voters for the upcoming municipal elections.

Speaking to mediapersons, Jayaprakash Reddy said the TRS government was threatening the Opposition party leaders by filing false cases against them. He demanded that the State Election Commission to give at least ten days time for filing of nomination papers after finalization of reservations. He demanded that the State government reveal the details of development works done by it in the municipalities in the State. He warned the TRS leaders of dire consequences if they fail to stop criticizing Rahul Gandhi.
