Hyderabad, May 20 (NSS): Congress campaign committee chairperson Vijaya Santi mocked the exit poll results of several national media organizations on Monday. She said the exit polls were appeared to be made to satisfy Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The actor-turned-politician reacted on the issue through her social media account.
Vijaya Santi said Sunday’s exit polls tried to create more sweep for Prime Minister Modi which was not even there in the 2014 elections. She alleged that the media tried to create an image which was not there on the ground. Stating that the same exit polls gave less number of seats for the BJP, Vijaya Santi wondered as to how the MP seats of the BJP would be reduced in UP if there was a Modi wave.
She said she was ready to consider the exit polls as near to reality, if the BIP won the majority number of seats in Congress ruled MP, Rajasthan and Chattisgarh States. She made it clear that the BJP could not cross 300-seat mark unless it won more seats in their party ruled States. (NSS)
